John C. Halepaska, Ph.D., P.E., President
Dr. Halepaska has been involved in the project management of a large number of complex water resource projects. These projects have included the definition, management, and use of both surface water and ground water. They have also included the definition, design, and remediation of contamination projects. In addition, baseline conditions for environmental impacts were frequently conducted within the frameworks of the projects mentioned in this website.

Steven L. Lange, Senior Geochemist/Project Manager
Mr. Lange applies his knowledge of geochemistry and hydrology to solve complex environmental and water resource problems for clients in the public and private sectors. His experience includes the management and interpretation of geochemical testing programs associated with comprehensive site investigations; the design and interpretation of various geochemical laboratory testing and monitoring programs; the preparation of geochemical computer chemical transport; speciation and hydrologic models; development of acid rock drainage (ARD) control strategies and mine waste management; and the integration of geochemical issues into closure and reclamation alternative analyses for mining and industrial facilities.

Jason G. Rose, P.E., Project Hydrogeologist
Mr. Rose has over 10 years of experience in a broad range of applications applying the principles of civil engineering, environmental engineering, hydrology, and hydrogeology to a wide variety of projects for clients in the public and private sectors. He has designed and conducted site characterization studies, completed design and evaluation of facilities ranging from mine tailings impoundments to landfills, and has used current state-of-the-art modeling programs to estimate the future performance of mine facilities, water supply facilities, and environmental remedies.

Arthur W. Koepsell, P.G., Senior Geologist
Mr. Koepsell has ten years of experience in the fields of geology, hydrogeology, and environmental science. This experience includes the use of up-to-date modeling programs and database management tools to complete projects. Mr. Koepsell’s field experience includes supervising the installation of deep ground water production wells, ground water monitoring wells, vapor monitoring points, soil vapor extraction and air sparge wells, water and soil sampling, discharge measurements, slug, and pump and step tests for aquifer characterization.
